Professional Fitness Contract
Professional Fitness has devised a contract that entiles them to money they have not earned. These kinds of conctracts should not be allowed. This is just another way to ripp off consumers

Dear consumers,
I did too sign a one way contract. Now looking over the contract which gives them all the right in the world. We as consumers should not be faced with such shadey contracts. We are minding are own business when we are approached by a professional fitness trainer. As a consumer we need protection against companies such as Professional Fitness that feel they are right in collecting money other than the agreed among sessions. All the other stuff should not be in this contract. One example is having to send a certified or registered, return receipt requested along with a copy of the contract to 7413 Six Forks Rd. #363, Raleigh, NC 27615 to end a contract.

This should have been a simple contract obligating consumers to the amount of session they negotiated. It's time for a change We as consumers work hard for our money and should be treated fairly.
