Terrible Support, Horrible Company

I have had the worst experience with Professional Fitness.

I decided after a few sessions i was uninterested in receiving servies anymore.

I read the contract and even called them to confirm the cancelation process. After the phone call i went the same day and got a money order for 75.00 Dollars (pro rated cost of unused sessions). I sent the money and letter stating i want to end my contract. Once i confirmed they had received my contract i called them to see if my contract had been cancled yet... They told me it would take about a week to process...

I call back a week later, still has not proccessed... Guy physically goes and finds my mail and then say he will process it right after the phone call...

I call back a few days later. Still has not been processed. Then the lady says they have 30 days to process (which is true) but why not just tell me that the first time instead of giving me a run around?

They have stated they will refund my money since my letter was post marked before the draft, but the problem is that they wont process a refund until the actual contract has been canceled! So basicly they could just keep drafting even after i sent my cancelation in "since the canceling is not proccessed yet"

I have bent over backwards to do my part and all i get is round about answers that just cover up the screw ups from last week!
