Rudy Wyland Scam artist posing as CEO of company

Mr. Wyland

Has on countless ocassions taken athletes money and not repaid them for money owed. He also has claimed to have doctors in different areas of where the team plays in case something happens to the athlete. On several ocassions athletes have gotten hurt and have not had the proper care. There have been no wavers for athletes to sign so the responsiblity falls onto him and his company.

I have paid on several ocassions for items that were supposed to be delivered to me during the time with the team and it hasn't happen. When asked to give a receipt on the money that was spent, was told he would mail it to me. Unfortunately I'm still waiting on a receipt and refund.

He also claims to have a tax ID for the company for when individuals bring in sponsors. Still waiting on that as well.

The company posed as a team that would be playing the world games and failed to do so. Another team played in the Japan World Games and captured the gold.

This company needs to be abolished so no other young athlete will be taken advantage of
