I ordered a board game from this company back in December and never received it.

They sent me a very apologetic email in January stating that they were having computer problems and that my order got lost, however, they have corrected the problem and will ship out my order. They even offered to give me a refund. Well, the order was never shipped and my charge card was never credited. I've contacted them on numerous occasions by phone and email and they never respond. All I get is someone's voicemail and the 3 different emails I have for this company never respond to any of my emails.

I recently found out, after reporting them to the BBB, that I'm not the only one this has happened to.
