Donald Iarrobino, Chris? Accepted an offer took my money certified funds confirmed a shipment date and then backed out of sale

Seller thru Guns America agreed to sell me a used handgun. The gun was to be shipped to an FFL holder in my area. I sent him certified funds and a copy of the dealers ffl. He received funds and gave me a shipping date. Several days later he phoned my dealer and said the seller changed his mind. THE SELLER IS NOT A THIRD PARTY BUT ONE OF THE PRINCIPLES DONALD IARROBINO also the other dealer, Week went by before I got my money back they sent it to the dealer not to me even though they had my address and I was the one that sent them the check. ALL OF THIS IS DOCUMENTED BY EMAILS INCLUDING THEIR ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER AND PROMISE TO SHIP.

I had costs and time involved buying certified funds, two trips to the bank, a long drive to the dealer to retrieve my money and parts that I purchased to repair the gun I was to receive. At a minimum I should have been reimbursed my out of pocket expense.

Bad un-reliable people to do business with.
