GYSC - Verbal Abuse from Coach to children they refuse to refund money!

This is my daughters 3rd year playing soccer, this year she decided to advance to the travel legue, which was well over $1000 dollars. The experience my daughter had with her coach was intolerable. He verbally abused her by calling her a Moron and an Idiot! She's only 10. I asked for a refund for this last half of the season, and they refuse. They responded that I signed an agreement, which I did, but I feel they broke the agreement because of the abuse! I don't think any good parent would allow this kind of abuse to their children. She cried on the way home from many games because of her"coach" calling her names and making her feel unimportant. Does anyone have any advice for me. Please help!!
