Deceptive Pratices, Lost Last Payment, Not their fault, I need to fix the problem!

This company is one you need to stay away from. This company want ME to fix THEIR problem. They lost last payment. Need a bank check, but the payment was sent electronically. They stated they didn't accept electronic payments, however they accepted the five previous payments electronically.
They stated it would take at least 30 days to find the problem, if it was their problem.
