I placed an order on February 18 and to this date March 27 I haven't received my merchandise. My credit card has been charged and no shoes have been received. It has been well over 15 days has they have stated on their website. I have left several voice message, several email messages, and a fax was sent to them as well and I still haven't heard back from anyone. If you go to their site and click on the hyperlink to customer service it does not work. I tell everyone that before you purchase any type of goods on-line do your homework make sure you know that the company has a good outstanding report about their business. Do not purchase any shoes from (freshestlicks), oops at freshestkicks.
