I placed a shoe order on February 18 as of today March 28 I haven't received any email reponses or a telephone call. I paid for the shoes using my credit card and my credit card was charged. I have sent several email messages, left several telephone messages, and even sent a fax regarding the status of my order and no one has gotten back to me. Also, when you go to their website click on the Contacts. Then click on general inquires or on the order questions an error message box appears stating that the specified module could not be found. That you tell you something when a consumer can't get a hold of anyone using their link. I tell everyone that you do your homework first before purchasing goods with an online company.
