I was sent damaged kart with defective engine

I order a 70KT buggy for my son. When it arrived the bottom of the chassis was all scratched down to the bare metal, bolts were stripped and the engine was defective (a burnt out stator and strip starter gear). The kart was absolute garbage. Forget about tech support - you call and get put right to voicemail and they will never call you back. If you do get someone they give you nothing but attitude. It took us about 2 months start to finish to return the kart and get our money back. Oh, did I mention that they accused me of not unpacking the kart and trying to assemble it once they received the return!

When I assembled the kart that's when I noticed stripped bolts and holds. When I hooked up the battery the stator caught fire and the starter gear was stripped.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They will rip you off!!!
