Such A Ripoff for Teens

Just like many many of the other report from Bally I just cant believe how they prey on Teens it seems to be what best works for them like this story from a mother of an 18-year old in NYS

On 3-Mar my 18-year-old daughter was given the high pressure sales pitch, on site, to join Bally Total Fitness. She refused for a while but, when the selling tactics got stronger, she signed up to shut the salesperson up, figuring that she would just cancel later.

They do have you in an office where they repeatedly ask you to joint and how great it would be. I was 18 years of age my self when this happened to me and I had just gave birth to a new born baby. They make make everything seem so nice and they even said they had child care when in fact they didnt and there was not one even close to that facility. They need an active checking account to open an account with then and I did not have one and they said, oh thats not a problem if you have an old one we can use that. I was unable to cancel and now I dont know where to turn I need this off of my credit report. If there is anyone that can help.
