This the e-mail I sent to management: "Do you expect me to move 45 miles away from every Bally in the county or break my daughter's leg to cancel? If I knew there was dictatorship in US, I would have stayed in my native country.

"Funny how while signing the membership the sales agent couldn't stop singing the parises of Bally, but neglected to mention the cancellation procedure or draw our attention to reading the 3 pages of fine print before signing.
