Bally's Total Fitness Parimeter Credit ripoff!

Bally's mislead me into joining their gym. The sale rep told me there was no charge for 30 days, so you have plenty of time to cancel if you want. I wanted to cancel with in the 30 days and they told me it was not possible. I went back to look for the sales rep and he no longer worked there.

This is unacceptable behavior for these companies. I know a lot of people who have been mislead by bally and have there credit ruined. We need to all get together a sue the pants off bally for there unfair practices and misleading the consumer.
