Frozen membership failures, San Diego

I asked my member ship frozen several times and still active.

When I frozen the membership, I need to pay $10/month instead of regular fee, $39.99/month.
First I asked them to freez my membership in Nov at the gym.

The mamager said that it will effect from Dec.
They did not freez my account in Dec. So I called and asked them do it from Jan. 2008.

They did not freez my membership in Janurary again.
They said that banking transaction was done for Janurary and could not pay me back the money. But they promised they froze my membership from Feb.

I came back to CA from NY during Jan. 26 to Feb. 3rd.

So I went to the gym Janurary 31.
They said that I had to pay regular fee to use the gym.
I wanted to use the gym while I was in San Diego, which was until Feb. 3rd.

I asked the woman who was a manager carefully if I could pay regular fee only Feburary and freez my membership back from March.
She said "Yes."

My membership was still active this month, March.
They failed to freez my membership again and again!
I called them and talked the manager. She said " There is no record you said that!"

This is The LA Finess Membership serivice!
They only record whatever only LA Fitness gets profit.
If you say, "Hey, That's America.", you are so wrong.
I am an understanding, long time member of LA Fitness. I felt betrayed.
