CHEAP PRODUCT, MISSING ITEMS, NO RESPONSES Indianapolis Based But Most Bus On The 'net Indiana and the WEB

USAATVS sells extremely cheap products. We purchased an adult ATV and a childs' ATV. The Adult ATV did not come with assembly instructions (assembly required), an owner's manual or radio controlled key pad for alarm and 'kill' switch. The child's ATV came with the radio controlled key pad, but no instructions or owner's manual.

Several messages were not returned, numerous emails were not returned. I received no response until I tried to post under their "Customers Stories" section of their website. THEN I received an email telling me not to be so 'hostile'. After numerous emails back and forth (and 3 months later) I STILL do not have satisfaction and was told I could return them 'at my expense'.interesting, since we've not ridden them as we have no instructions and can't get the alarm on the adult atv to turn off!

DO NOT BUY from this organization - save your money and purchase a name brand ATV like Honda or Kawasaki!

These are extremely cheap products where the machine holes don't match up with the holes on items to be attached, and everything is cheap plastic.
