Miscellaneous

Good evening, We bought an e-ticket from Cheap-FlightDeals.com on 15 March and chose to pay through bank transfer. Cheap-FlightDeals had acknowledged receipt of our order #81224, and sent us payment instructions, saying they would provide the e-ticket 12 hours after we had confirmed the bank transfer in the "My Itineraries section of their website". Transfer had to be made to recipient name Valdas Sakalauskas Travel, recipient address Cheap Flight Deals (above), at Bank: Barclays Bank PLC, 1 Churchill Place, London E14 5HP, UK - SWIFT/BIC: BARCGB22 - IBAN: GB85BARC20078493959953. Their message also mentioned that Valdas Sakalauskas was co-owner of the Cheap Flight Deals brand. We did as required, they thanked for the transfer confirmation, and then, nothing followed. We repeatedly tried to call them at the phone numbers supplied on their mails (Sales Manager Matthew Sullivan - 44 20 3287 3228 in London, or 44 121 364 8083 in Birmingham). We wrote e-mails (to "info@cheap-flightdeals.com"), to claim our ticket, then to claim the money back... We never had a response.

We had to buy an additional ticket from another company, and not on the dates which were required, which gave us great inconvenience.

Would there be a way to stop these people from acting this way? Thanks for advice.
