Misrepresentation of Products

I purchaced a full system with navigation for a truck and a tv and alarm for a SUV. The products they sold me the owner (Tony) stated these were high end products at high end prices. I found out they are flea market quality and price over 250% more that what they are sold for in retail establishments 6 months later. At the time of purchase the radio installed had problems now I am on my 3rd radio that still has issues. I get suprised with high shipping charges after the completion of exchange. ($75.00) I also tried to switch brands and the owner threatened me. I believe the owner is under the influence of a controlled substance. Please take your business to a reputable retail establishment
