Company refuses to send 50.00 gift card

I bought a washdown pump from Boaters World's online store 0n Dec. 21. It offered a 50.00 gift card if you bought the pump. I received the pump and there was no card with it. I waited a few days and nothing came. I emailed their customer service and no one replied back. I called and a rep said that they would have his manager call. He never did. I called again got the same answer.

One more call on Feb. 11 and finally some help. The rep said that a rebate form should have been mailed with the pump and she would send one out ASAP. I got it in the mail on Feb 15, the rebate form had expired on the 15th, the day I received it. I called again on Feb. 16 and had to argue with some guy who in turn gave me an extra 2 days to use the rebate. I would not accept that so he gave me a 15 day extension to use a certificate (the add said gift card) and it would be emailed to my account within 24 hours and I could only use it through the internet store. 24 hours came and went with no email from Boaters World.
