Firearm grossly misrepresented

My complaint e-mail (a little sarcastic but deserved I was having bad day but i don't think it warranted their response) to them

i picked the gun up today and i am sure you are probbaly having a good laugh at my expense. You have just reaffirmed my opinion that gun dealers are just like used a car sales man, don't ask don't tell right! I though with all the guns you sell and your 35 years experience you would be a little more honest than the next guy, now i am not calling you dishonest but you definatlety didn't tell the whole truth now did you.?
Mossberg 35a, broken peep aperature disc feels like gravel when turned and doesn't switch between different size holes like it is suppose to properly. But the biggest surprise is the fact you didn't mention there were 5 count them five holes in the receiver now a shifty car salesman would say "holes for scope mount" knowing full well that there are supposed to be 2 only 2 holes but if you said five no one would probably buy it right? At least not for that money. Now you have sold a lot of mossebrgs i watch your ads so you have seen enough of them to know that many models are factory d&t for scope mounts but this is a mess 5 holes locktight still glued to the receiver looks like sh. T no other way to put it and if you think i am exaggerating wait till you see the response when i post your ad and pics of this gun all over the internet the ony reason this gun is not going back to you is my dealer was in arush today and called the gun in while i was on my way there. Now i will
have to take a loss just to unload this piece of sh. T the only good feature on this rifle is the stock and the rear sight minus the broken aperature.
I will definatley warn everyone i can about you. You made an already bad day freaking worse thanks for nothing.

stop crying you f. King baby, put it in a box, and ship it back. That's why there's a three day inspection. I don't want to hear your sh. T. Okay? Warn, all you like, we sell guns all day every day, and there's no one here to play with the guns, we do a visiual, run a swab down the bore and sell them. We're not a repair shop, for every f. King cry baby like you, there 25 people standing in line to buy our guns, so grow up and send it back! Cry baby!

Would you trust these guys to send you a refund and if so do you think it would come in atimely manner.
My dealer is 45 mintues from my house it is not worth the aggravation to return this gun by this guys nasty remarks i can tell he is an excitable person and would make me wait along time for a refund plus he probably would not agree that he did anything wrong and not give me a full refund. The ony thing true about the gun is that the wood is in good shape but there is freckled rust that can be cleaned up but hsould have been mentioned as well. This same guy once told me he can look down a dirty bore and give an accurate description to its condition becasue he has been doing this for 35yrs. He says he has 25 people working there but yet after i send my payment and ffl on the 17th of january i did not get any answers as to what was going on with my gun was it shipped did he get the payment and ffl? Is there any problems. He should have recieved payment on the 19th and i ssent him e-mail copies of my dealers ffl as well as his website and a hard copy was sent. Gun did not arrive until the 30th and the guy finally sends me the tracking number on the 3oth, yep he sent the info after the gun already arrived. Took them 10 days to ship to a place that everyone ships in two days. I requested his phone number he would not provide it in fact i found more info in this website about him than i was able to find on my own.

Poor communication on their part all 25 of them, gun was misrepresented or at the very least they new the gun had been messed with and extar holes should always be disclosed, how many people have seen a five hole scope mount?
