Carpet in Boat Bad, Poorly Stored, Weather Damage

I purchased a 2008 SX230 Yamaha boat on or about October 15. When I took delivery of the boat, they let me know that the carpet did not match and that we could take care of it when I brought it in for it's first service. I brought the boat back in within a month for the first service. They told me that the only option for fixing the carpet was to undrill the current snaps, drill them in place where they would match with the carpet and then fill in the holes. Pardon me, but for $36K I think that drilling holes in my 2008 boat is a little absurd. The boat has now been at the dealership for LONGER than I have owned it. On a trip down to Florida, my BACK (out of two axles) left tire blew (with less than 1000 miles on trailer), and the tail-light burnt out. The boat has been at the dealership without a cover for the past two months in the sun and rain while I was under the assumption that it was at least under the building's overhang as I was promised. I now have MAJOR concerns of MOLD and premature sun deterioriation as the boat has NOT been stored heretofore as the specification of the manufacturer. The carpet is still not in place and now even the customer relations lady that I have been dealing with (Juree and Kathy) have started being very rude to me.
Resolution Sought: At this point I want one of two options.

1-I want a complete refund
2-I want a trade for a brand new SX230 with the carpet that is fit for the boat that hasn't been left outside in the elements

If I cannot come to this satisfactory resolution, I feel that I must pursue this matter legally which will require my pursuit not only of the $36K, but an additional $3K that I had to pay for registration/taxes, court, and attorney's fees.
