Signed receipt lost!

I did so enroll within this organization on 12/14/07, I did so signal a deal and signal the bill from my ATM checkcard for 165 bucks. Following day, I acquired a phone from their store stating that used to donot signal the bill, that will be not the case. Additionally they explained in the future following day to signal it at midday. I told them that I've currently authorized that bill nevertheless I will signal a reproduction when they dropped the initial, I went following day at midday and also the salesperson who I talked before was in day-off (??) with no body understands nothing about this. I delivered an email towards the corporate responsible for payment issues and that I did not get any solution from her. Nowadays I contact them-and nobody understands nothing about that.

The content of the ATM bill mounted on the backup of the agreement they offered me did not have my signature. Additionally, to signal the agreement, they might require my complete private information including my SSN, after I question them why do they might require that, they stated that's just in case that I don't wish to spend. I simply wish to record this issue in case any scam turns up against myself.
