My son (13 yrs old) found the site and asked to get these shoes. We ordered and I noticed after the order was placed that there was a discount code, so I emailed, they responded immediately that they would issue the credit on my card of the difference... HOWEVER, we have had absolutely no communication since (more than 30 days now) and still haven't received the $135 pair of shoes. Emails go unanswered, phone messages not returned. It's crazy really! I disputed it on credit card and I am awaiting the outcome.

Lesson Learned, check for blogs, this site, search the company name... Find if there has been any problems BEFORE placing an order.
