Shows shoes it doesn't have, takes your money sends no product

I ordered Nike Shox shoes from this internet company. Twenty days later I still had not received any shoes, yet they had hit my credit card the next day after I placed my order. I had difficulty contacting this site. I finally talked to a person and was told it would take two weeks longer, i asked to just cancel my order. The person I talked to wiped off my purchase information on the site but, did not credit my card. It has been over two weeks and I cannot get them to answer or reply thru email, phone or text messages. This company is a Scam... Do not order from these people.
