Never received a Trikke I ordered on television

I purchased a Trikke for my daughter on television. I used a credit card to make the purchase. The entire Trikke was paid for in installments, yet the trikke was never shipped to my house. Because I ordered the Trikke from a TV infomercial, I did not have any paperwork on my purchase. I called my credit card company to get information about the company that was making the monthly deductions only to be told that their was no information they could give me about the company. What can I do to get my money back? I looked everywhere online to find the main phone number with no avail.

This company just took my money and sent me nothing in return.
