Gold's Gym Manhattan
Ducking My Calls, emails I moved more than 50 miles away and Gold's won't cancel contract refund my money

I moved out of New York City at the end of April and haven't used the gym since then. I've called Gold's, emailed them. My caller ID shows calls from Gold's, but they never leave a voice message.
When I call them, I get transferred to somebody's voice mail, or I'm asked to leave a message, which I have done, and nobody ever returns my call.
The contract states membership can be canceled if member moves 50 miles away. I prepaid for two years, and I want a refund of the remaining months on my membership. My next step is to send a copy of my email to them certified mail, then if no refund results, I'll contact other agencies.
The thing is, I was a Gold's member in Tampa for ten years and they were always on the up and up. When I moved, they stopped the automatic withdrawals as I requested. Tampa's was a well managed gym.
