Zubaz Cash & Dash ripoff does not ship goods, makes many excuses, stopped replying to e-mail will not return messages claims to have stock of Zubaz Pants Said He Was Student At St. Cloud State University

Just have accepted the fact that Ryan Zywotko has a "cash and dash" scam. He is on several message boards when you do a search for Zubaz Pants and used to sell them on EBay I guess. I found his e-mail and contacted him through his college e-mail account. I sent him a check for $108.99 to cover 3 pairs of pants and shipping. Check was mailed to Ryan Zywotko on 5-31-07 and cashed by him on 6-8-07.

Ryan Zywotko claims to have sent the package USPS, then it was returned to him. He e-mailed me back after several inquiries as to the whereabouts of the package and said he would send it UPS and get a tracking number on June 22. No return e-mails or return phone calls since.

I hope he is not a scam artist, I would think it is a horrible way to go through life.
