Ryan Bertel - Better My Loan = Ripoff Artist/Con Man/Liar/Thief

I am a victim of Ryan Bertel - Better My Loan. Ryan had worked with an ex-coworker (whom I trusted at the time) to talk people into refinancing thier homes at a better rate. I was locked in to A 30 yr. Fixed rate at 5.25 on my first home and very naive at the time about what all the language on the paperwork meant. Ryan assured me that I would have a lower fixed rate and lower mortgage payments. He then sent his father in-law over to my house to do the paperwork as he is a public notary. They had all of the paperwork dated 3 days prior. I asked them about this and they said that that is when the loan needs to be dated for it to go thru. As for all the other questions I had, he said that he would take care of everything else on the back end. Ryan kept his word and maximized his gain while screwing me over.
Ryan would not answer his phone or return his messages.
I am losing my home and am now in serious financial distress.

I cannot believe that Ryan submitted a rebuttal and is trying to portray himself as something other than the lowest form of life.

Ryan I hope you see this. Ripoff report did not destroy your reputation and business - you did!!!
