I have in the past worked with College Life Magazine Chicago, Ryan Okeefe and his partner Cathy Pijanowski. It can be verified that the business is a scam/fake/dissolved. After some time of not receiving pay, I did some research, made some phone calls and spoke with several businesses and former employees. Obviously which resulted in some interesting information. The business was dissolved in 2010 (which can be found on State of Illinois website) because Ryan Okeefe was involved in illegal activity stealing over 25 grand from a previous employer. The FBI was involved as well. Over the last year I have received email after email from businesses stating that they have been scammed as well. The most mind boggling was a recent from a former relationship. Not only did Ryan scam her financially but stole her identity.
