Defective equipment won't send back go cart after they fixed it horrible customer service

I bought my son a 150cc go cartfrom this company in April of this year. When we received it 2 hours into my son driving it it was blow oil through the air filter all over the back of the go cart. We called the company and spoke with Max their mechanic finally after very many calls. He told my husband some things to check and told us to let him know on Monday if this fixed the go cart of course none of this worked. We called back on Monday only to get the run around again.

Finally I spoke with Melody after they would no longer answer my husband's calls. This is after 2 weeks of trying to get an answer. She set up to have the go cart picked up to be fixed. It was picked up on 5/11/07 and they received it on 5/16/07. After many phone calls again I finally get told that they have fixed it and it will be sent to me on 5/25/07. This date came and went and they did not send it. Then on 5/29/07 I get told that it will be sent on 5/31/07. Again this date came and went and still it was not sent. Then I was told on 6/1/07 that it was shipping that day and was even gave a tracking number only to find out this morning that it is an invalid tracking number and that my go cart still has not been shipped. Of course no one in their office seems to know why it has not been shipped and there seems to never be anyone in the office that can talk to you. They take lunch from 9-5 it seems. They have 1693.00 of my money and I am fixing to get a lawyer.
