Sunshine Fabricators - big Dawg Carts - nick Small Paid For Hotdog Cart - NO CART!

I found a hotdog cart on ebay feb 08. I was thinking about getting it so in the first part of may i ordered a cart through a business called big dawg carts/sunshine fabricators the owner name is nick small.

I wish i would of seen these reports before i delt with this crook. I sent money orders, total of 3300 dollars. Communication was good untill he got the money.

Nick small told me i would have the cart within 2 weeks. I waited but no cart then he said it would be another week so i waited no cart. Nick wouldnt answer the phone or voice messages. Then he sends me an email and says that the cart was damaged and had to be fixed.

Two weeks later he says he shipped it by fed ex and would have tracking info. Still no info and nick still wont answer the phone.

It has been almost 6 weeks since i ordered the cart i had to buy another one from someone else which now has set me back. Nick small is a crook and needs to be stopped. After seeing the other reports from 07,08 i dont know how he is still out there.

I have called the police and emailed the attorny general & gov.
