Ripoff handicap cart no brakes told me to go to hell and that i was a liar houston texas

ON Dec 5 me and my husband went to kroger he always goes in to get the cart for me because my walker has been taken when i would have to leave it in the store so after the forth or fith isle i always go to meat

Thats when it would not stop I grabed on to the counter to stop my self it pulled my arm backwards and poped the store manger took the cart off the floor and maintence worked on it the next day or so I had two dr. Visits and much pain unabele to walk on my walker I called many people before geting the one i needed they told me there was no way he was going to do this or even think about it before christmass

Well my christmass was spent unable to go 10 feet on my walker then I waited untill Jan. 5th to call back I spoke with Scott Chapman he was angry I called him he raised his voice and told me to solve it my self if i was so smart I mus tknow every thing My reply was all I know was how the cart didnt stop and my arm was hurt badly and even sent him a Dr. Update on my arm he told me to go to hell. I ask to never speak with him again and the next man called me a liar that he rode the same cart last week and it worked fine I said it should work fine the manager said maintence fixed it one or two days after it was reperted he hung up on me and now no one wants to talk to me
