Handicap Cart Without Brakes Injured Arm and Manager Hung Up

On Dec 5 me and my husband went to Kroger he always goes in to get the cart for me because my walker has been taken when I would have to leave it in the store so after the fourth or fifth isle i always go to meat

That's when it would not stop I grabbed on to the counter to stop my self it pulled my arm backwards and popped the store manager took the cart off the floor and maintenance worked on it the next day or so I had two dr. Visits and much pain unable to walk on my walker I called many people before getting the one I needed they told me there was no way he was going to do this or even think about it before Christmas

Well my Christmas was spent unable to go 10 feet on my walker then I waited until Jan. 5th to call back I spoke with Scott Chapman he was angry I called him he raised his voice and told me to solve it my self if I was so smart I must know every thing My reply was all I know was how the cart didn't stop and my arm was hurt badly and even sent him a Dr. Update on my arm he told me to go to hell. I ask to never speak with him again and the next man called me a liar that he rode the same cart last week and it worked fine I said it should work fine the manager said maintenance fixed it one or two days after it was reported he hung up on me and now no one wants to talk to me
