No delivery, no refund

I requested two dirt bikes but just obtained one (which had a few damaged components). I've attempted repeatedly to get hold of the organization by phone and via mail without any reaction except "we will check up on it". It's been nearly 8 weeks and that I haven't obtained a reimbursement or the 2nd bicycle. Our encounter with this specific organization continues to be horrible and that I wouldn't suggest it to anybody; the corporation can also be referred to as Deeal, Inc.
