I've purchase a 70cc four-wheeler about the 29- sept.-08, for my boy, that we was having a birthday celebration for him about the following weekend that was more the 7-day away. I request the when the four-wheeler could be within period. And also the reasured me that it'd be.

Approximatey 3 days later the email me and state the merchandise I purchase isn't in-stock. So-call back and was placed on store for 20-to half an hour, lastly purchase another 4-wheeler and have them when the can ship it only a little quicker due to the birthday celebration obviously anything is likely to be okay. 2 nights later they deliver another email, stating they don't possess the shade I purchase. Again about the telephone 20 to half an hour I still haven't obtained the bicycle and at this time have no idea how to proceed. I've requested for that bicycle or even the cash and also have not observed both. Somebody please help me.
