Bally's Total Fittness
Out right lied... Was offering a special deal for 1 month told me nothing about a 3yr. Contract

Went into bally's (1st. Time ever in a gym) with a friend who is amember never been in a gym other than school in my life! After the hot tub and on my way out i stopped to ask about coming another time. Was told they had a 1month trail for $5.00 that i would have to come out 12 times in the month of march in order for it to stay valid. Well never have i stepped back into the place or any other one (did stop in one on oakland to see if i maybe could go there if i wanted)

Anyway was never told i was siging a 3yr dealwas told siging a form for the $5,00 to be taken out of hubbys bank and if i didn't come 12 times in march no more would be taken out... Boy was i took!!!

The end of march they took $32.00 but i thought well maybe it was ok that i needed to pay that since i did not use it 12 times Wrong! I no not need the gym i have free gym at the ymca with my new insurance... Help me boy do they lie to you...
