Ripoff non-cancellation of contract reps not available at gym liars

My sister went to bally's with afriend for a free trail workout for several weeks. The representative Ms. Marques Haden employee #262720, at 7415 Greenbelt rd, Greenbelt Md. 20770 facility. They were asked to join on a free trial basis they did. Not knowing that they had just signed a contract. Several weeks later my sister received a bill for payment and then the company started to call harassing her for payment. She explained to them that she was only signed up for free trail basis and had not totally decided to join that the rep at the greenbelt facility told her to let her know when she decides.

Bally's told her that upon signing the paper she and her friend had joined and that monthly payments of $34.00 would be due each month totalling $1,400.By the end of the year. After all this drama she went to the gym the following day. The rep was no longer working there Ms Marques Haden had gone. They talked to the manager he said there was nothing he could do we needed to contact the company.

We did, again we were told that a contract is a contract no matter what happened we were obligated to pay. Know she's unemployed she called the company and told it would be hard to make the payments. They don't care it's like screw you just make the payment. Very p-offed she sends them $5. Or $10. Each month which ever she can afford and the past due notices keep coming. So, to everyone out there never let bally's talk you into signing anything you may be obligated for life. Bally's is a very misleading, money hungry, corrupted and lieing organization. Go to some other fitness club. Bally's STINK...
