Rude staff and manger!

On 04/23/07 I enter the gym within the area about and that I didn’t have my card. This isn't he very first time I didn’t have my card and was surprised once the man in the table (Sean) explained “YOU NEED YOUR CARD.” Oh dear he inform a SPENDING client THEY REQUIRE something. I subsequently advised Sean I want nothing. Then he stated “I may stop your account then.” Annoyed and shocked I named you’re the Overall Manger, and quit my cell phone number to get a call-back. I had been amazed that while resting at my table at the office she named my office quantity and quit the rudest tone concept I've heard. I named her back AND HE OR SHE (Debra) educated me that my account was ended as though she was doing me a benefit with me. Watch out for rude staff and supervisor!
