Unauthorized debits!

I've been an associate of Crisis Fitness for 4 years. The corporation was recently bought by bally's exercise previously six months within this period - I've been robbed 2 times. They doubled charged me 30 days and didn't credit me back - they delivered me a voucher to get a free month which ended before it actually got in my experience. Not the larger issue - after spending my normal monthly fees on 1/9/07 as i have every month for the past several years - this comes out of my checking account, btw - they went in and helped thatmselves to a different $80 about the 1/18/07. I've positioned btw 9 and 10 calls, delivered a fax along with a notice. I've been provided the run-around like u can't think. They consider communications and state we shall contact u back. Plus they do not. They've taken from me and numerous others. After I documented this towards the lender, they instantly acknowledged me and explained that 'ballyis does this constantly'.
