Body of Change should be run out of business, a class action suit and LA Fitness should be ashamed for such a vendor ripoff business from hell

I share all of your experiences. I am one year in a dispute with Body of Change and their shyster practices. I have retained a lawyer. What they are doing is reporting not paying when you send a registered letter terminating your membership with them. The information is appearing on your credit report. I just got a letter from a credit card company terminating my credit card!!! Body of Change reported my dispute to Equifax as NONE payment! The trainer was late, cancelled appointments even calling at 10 pm to cancel. It was outrageous! If you review Body of Change's homepage now there is no address and never a phone number for them at their corporate office! When I did get a phone number for Body of Change it was Affliated Acceptance Corporation. Are they one and the same? The whole situation is absolutely criminal and must be stopped.

My lawyer tried to call Body of Change numerous time with NO callback or anything. He wrote a letter to them and it took Body of Change two months to reply! There reply was more threatening etc... Blah blah blah!

What is everymore outrageous is the behavior of LA Fitness to the situation. I emailed them numerous times and the reponse I received was that Body of Change is only a vendor! Guess what, LA Fitness has alot of influence on a vendor in their gym.in addition, in Atlanta, Body of Change has a horrid reputation and it is growing!

I have informed my attorney of the current events with one of my credit cards being canceled, I have protested to Equifax and the credit card company and I am sending all documentation to LA Fitness Corporate in California. The Better Business Bureau seems worthless but I would encourage all to file a complaint on the Federal Trade Commission's homepage (http://www.ftc. Gov/ftc/consumer.htm) click diet, health, fitness, then, on top of right side click—FILE A COMPLAINT ONLINE. You can do it online!

I am very energized about this situation and you can email me as we need to stop Body of Change now. They are making money on their none performance of their contract and we end up paying for breaking a worthless contract and nonperformance of their company!
