Refuses to cancel contract with their disability form signed by my doctor, ripoff

Registered girls workout communicate early this season for what I believed was a-6 month account with choice to increase for just two years.

Approached the neighborhood service and informed Vicki (supervisor/coach/operator?) that I really could not utilize gear and stair steppers because of arthritis in my own legs (bone on bone modifications, ganglions and spurs) and leg/hip pain. She explained to obtain statement from my doctor and provide to her. This I did so. She turned rude and intense and mentioned I had been simply looking to get out-of spending money on my account! Explained she'd observe me in court.

I approached National Exercise, the parent organization (?) and was informed by Betty they didn't need me to hurt myself, and all I desired was a doctors declaration, on the type, and also have my physician load it out. This I did so. Our doctor sent it for them, authorized, on 10/18/06 plus they nevertheless taken charge from my bank account. I informed them again by fax that I had been closing the agreement according to the required method on the agreement and informed my lender to not permit further distributions.

Today, 11/10/06, I obtained a telephone call from Nationwide Exercise (Dave) and he explained he anticipated a phone from me "briefly".
