Total Ripoff

Last april i joined ballys fitness. The sales manager promised me that if i paid for three year in full upfront that i would get as a bonus and additional year plus at the end of the 4th year my renewals would only be $99. I was told that within 30 days i would get a certificate/letter from headquarters with bonus year. The 30 days past and i asked the sales manager what was the status on my 4th year. He told me he would check into it and get back to me. Several weeks later he left that location. Since then i have called and written main office several time. I am getting the run around. The current sales manager and facility manager won't help me and just keep referring me to the main office. I would never have joined or paid in full without the bonus of the 4th year and the $99 renewal. I would have joined their competitor la fitness for the price i paid. Ballys is a rip off do not believe what the sales staff or sales manager says.
