I ordered a Bun and Thigh Roller from an infomercial in June. I changed my mind the next day (less than 24 hours later) because they had charged me a more expensive price than what the representative had originally said. The customer service rep. Said it had already been sent out and that I would have to write a note to my mail carrier refusing the package. I did so and it is now 9/11/06 and I still have not received my refund even though they received the equipment on June 21st. I was also told that I had to pay the $20 shipping charge because I cancelled. Even if you cancel 1 minute later, you are still charged the shipping. I think that is absolutely ridiculous and just bad business. Even car dealerships allow you time to return with no penalty. So, if you are thinking about purchasing one of these make sure you DON'T change your mind. How can companies be allowed to get away with this? As far as I'm concerned that is fraud and thievery.
