Ripoff Dishonest Ripped off the kids in the baseball league

I am a coach in the pony league here in california bought and paid for a Pitching machine and accesories total was about $3000.00 plus shipping and other cost of 100.00. They sent the machine out to me not working properly, I immediatly contacted Valdo Galaviz and asked if he could send a rep (Mechanic?) out to me in california, Valdo told me there was no rep. Was screwed around for awhile and was told to try to find someone to repair or fix the machine so I wasted a couple of months trying to locate some one and was unsuccesful, all the while keeping in contact with valdo.

After a few months more went by I realized that the year warrenty would be up if they did not take care of this right away. I then went back to the pony league president to report on what was happening and he told me to have them pick there machine up and refund the money or trade for another machine. To make a long story short-they asked me to ship the Pitching machine and accessories that where bad back. So I did so, Now wheres that got me Even worse now I have nothing to show for the pony leagues $3400.00. I called them about 3 weeks after I sent the machine back and asked is they could send me different equipment in return for my money that I paid, Valdo and Rex agreed this would be fine! A month later after the 3 weeks gone by no response and I still have nothing to show. I am sick of the exscuses handle this or refund me $3400.00 Dollars! Its 6 months and I have nothing and have been ripped off for 3400.00 and my time.
