Super Gym's ripoff crazy return policy scamming consumer's money

This company has the worst customer service known to mankind! You are on hold for hours and no one calls back. The piece of equipment that we ordered arrived damaged. Super Gym's would not refund the shipping cost which was $109.00. Federal Express took the responsibility, but they are reimbursing Super Gym's with my money I spent on shipping. Is that great customer service or what! They are pocketing my money!
