Worst experience I've ever had with an online company.

I paid 10GBP for a seedbox (used to seed torrent files) and they set me up with a lower quality box (half the storage and bandwidth) that usually cost 5GBP, but they charged me 10GBP for the next level up box.

I send about 6 messages to them over the course of a month, and received NO reply. I had to open a PayPal dispute and am waiting to hear back from them.

Worst of all, they had the nerve to send me a renewal email to buy another month!

There are plenty of seedbox sites out there, DO NOT go with these guys unless you like getting ripped off and ignored.
