Owner/Manager/Ripoff Artist: Ramesy decides to switch billing companies, so he charges all the members double their contracted rate to cover his fees for switching billing companies.

From October to February I have been billed by both billing companies for my membership fees. My agreed contract ended in November. I was supposed to have 2 months of free memberships from referrels of new members.instead of giving me 2 months free, Ramesy continued to have BOTH companies bill my credit card!
I have spoken to several employees who always seem so nice to your face and promise the stars and moon, but can never actually do anything to rememdy the situation!
The billing companies, Lady of America and E-Fit both say that they are in the right to bill my card; if Ramesy does not tell them not to, then it will just always be billed!

Please do not fall prey to this scam artist like I did! Anyone have any advice to help? Please let me know! How can this be legal???
