Com primapharmacy - you will never receive the order or get your money back! There is no way to get in contact with them. Big scam! Don't order from them!

I made the mistake of ordering from PrimaPharmacy.com over two months ago. They immediately charged my credit card over $200.00. It usually takes 4 - 6 weeks to receive an order from other pharmacies so I figured they were the same... NOT! I never received the order.

I tried to follow up by filling out an inquiry form online. Apparently, this is their way of "buying time" so that customers give up. I sent ten inquiries with no response. These forms disappear into space and so do phone calls.

When you try to contact them by phone, a recording (which is all you will ever hear) tells you they are a Hawaii company and that they are closed. You are asked to call back during business hours. Don't bother calling back. During business hours, another recording will ask you to "hold" and that you will do! They keep you on hold for several hours. The only communication you will ever receive from PrimaPharmacy is a "thank you for your order!" receipt which is equivalent to "you have been ripped off!"

Fortunately, I charged the order on a credit card. I am in the process of disputing the charge. Don't let this happen to you. They are the biggest scam and ripoff I have ever encountered.
