Totally unreliable, destroyed 4 in one year, Gold's equipment also worthless RIPOFF Ogden Utah

You've seen it on TV, DON'T DO IT!

I bought a Platinum Crossbow which was great for 6 months, then it stopped working. The weights would not change and could not be adjusted in any way. It took over a month to get it fixed and that is when I found out how poorly designed they are internally.

Over the next six months the machine was repaired two more times, then finally replaced totally. The new machine did not last either and failed after the second workout. Then they sent me the Gold's Gym equivalent with electronic weight controls, but it failed the first time I used it.

I am not big, strong, or abusive, they just make a truly lousy piece of equipment. They did make it right in that they refunded every last penny I paid them, but the aggravation of having the equipment I paid for sitting there, not working, so I couldn't workout, was beyond belief, not to mention all the phone calls I had to make, and the assembly and dissassembly of the machines, repacking and returning them, waiting for the freight company to come and pick them up, etc., etc. Made this an experience I would rather forget!
