Placed an order with this company for several products for Christmas Gifts. This company refused to supply any information regarding the shipment of these items after I had already paid for them. As Christmas nears closer I sent a more strongly worded email requesting information regarding my purchased merchandise. Below is a copy of the wonderful response I received.

It is so nice to deal with such a nice wonderful woman as yourself. It makes the holiday so worth it to have such a nice lady receive her item. It is a shame that not all people in the world are not as nice as you. We have people that threaten us and want to do a chargeback and demand demand demand. Again we are so glad that you are not a nasty woman!!!

The tracking number provided is not even for my merchandise. After contacting the company again in response to the sarcastic emailed response and incorrect tracking number I stated my intention to notify my bank regarding this issue as I felt I was being frauded. No reputable company would ever reply such a response nor refuse 5 previous requests for shipping information. Following is my response from the company:

Don't fall victim to these scam artists and allow them to get away with it. Your credit card company will issue an immediate refund to you when a company has wronged you such as this. It is called a chargeback and they will get on average a $25.00 fine and you get your money back.
