Allstar Fitness Ripoff won't refund membership within 3 days even after explaining this was their policy

A membership was purchased as a gift. At the time of purchase, the salesperson guaranteed that if the membership were to be returned within 3 days, the money would be refunded. The membership was returned the _very_next_day_. They insured that the money would be refunded to the CC account. It has been over 2 months and the money still has not returned to the credit card. Several attempts to speak to someone have been made to no avail. The local location informed us to speak with Corporate who will not return our phone calls after several attempts at calling.
