They didn't refund my enrollment money within 30 days after cancelling my membership the day after I enrolled

I joined this nightmarish fitness company on 10/23 for $166.44. After working out at the club that evening and noticing some equipment issues, finding a "no enrollment" coupon on the internet the next day that the company would not honor and learning that the company had closed two locations on members and staff abruptly, I decided to "3 day" cancel the membership the next day.
On 10/24 I cancelled the membership with a "manager" named Jeremy at the same location I joined at. I was told by this "manager" that I wouldn't get my refund for a few weeks. I paid on my debit card and I asked him why they couldn't refund my card immediately but he said they couldn't and advised me to call their accounting department the next Monday, which I did, with no success.
I contacted the Washington State Attorney General's office shortly after this to report difficulty in getting my refund. I also emailed the company vice president and explained the situation to him but still do not have my refund on $166.44 32 days later.
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and will try and see if they can help me get my money back. I have many years of experience in the fitness industry and Allstar Fitness ranks as one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I will advise anyone I know and care about to never do business, in any way, with this terrible company.
